A running log of what I'm cooking and learning.

Not a recipe site. Not an authority. A small shelf for what's on the counter, what's in the spice rack, what I'm trying for the first time. I keep it because cooking has become one of the more interesting things I'm doing this year — not as expertise, as curiosity.
