First proper attempt at a millet bhakri — three of the five were edible. The two that weren't taught me more than the three that were.

Cleared out the spice rack this weekend. Tossed the garam masala I bought in 2023 (sorry, past self). Restocked: cardamom, byadgi chilli, fresh jeera, asafoetida, mustard seeds. The kitchen smells like a place that gets used now.
